Sales Development Representative (B2B Software Services-Bangkok)

As part of our expansion in Bangkok, we are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B SDR professional to identify new business opportunities, understand client pain points, and help improve business effectiveness through our high-quality software products and services while building long-term partnerships.

The RoleYou will create and develop new software sales opportunities in the Bangkok market. This role focuses on enterprise and B2B prospecting, lead qualification, prospect nurturing, and scheduling meetings for sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new sales leads using relevant tools, databases, and market sources.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Answer initial client questions and clearly explain basic product or service information.
• Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, budget, decision-making process, and fit for the solution.
• Schedule sales calls, discovery meetings, or software demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of notes, follow-ups, and daily sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Thai national with professional-level English fluency.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Professional, structured, self-driven, and focused on execution.
• Confidence making high-volume cold calls and sending targeted cold emails.
• Familiarity with structured sales qualification frameworks
• Resilient, persistent, and able to stay motivated with strong ability to handle initial objections, pivot conversation quickly and uncover business pain points over the phone.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for pipeline management.
• High energy, strong goal orientation, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• At least three years of successful experience in B2B software or technology sales.
• Experience working with enterprise sectors such as BFSI, logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, or similar industries.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling capability.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and business stakeholders.
• Based in Bangkok and able to work onsite; this is an office-based role and remote work is not offered.
