THE ROLE - Reporting directly to the General responsible for developing and executing the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement the hotel's overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud and applications.

"Oversee hotel technology platforms including PMS, POS, ERP, guest Wi-Fi, telephony systems, CCTV, access control

systems, and digital guest service solutions.
mEnsure the highest standards of

cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and business continuity.

=Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and guest

engagement
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, service contracts, and technology investments.

SLead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new technologies
BEstablish and maintain back-up, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
mProvide strategic technology advice to the executive leadership team,
Develop, mentor, and inspire the IT team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

"Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

1 Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service sectors.

™ Strong knowledge of hotel systems, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise

applications.
™Proven experience managing ~—_-complex
IT environments and leading _ technology

transformation projects.

™Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and vendor negotiations.

"Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

™ Professional certifications such as, CISM, PMP,
Microsoft, Cisco, or related qualifications will be advantageous.
