Enterprise Sales

Manicule is building AgentRel: systems that help companies become sources AI agents cite and recommend.

As AI agents become a major way people discover and evaluate products, companies need to rethink how they publish and distribute technical knowledge. We already work with companies including Supermemory, Greptile, Reducto, and Mastra.

Now I’m looking for someone to help us build the enterprise sales motion.

This is not a job where you inherit a finished playbook and run demos all day. You’ll sell a new category to founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders who may not have a budget or vocabulary for it yet.

You need to be good at technical discovery, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to turn what customers say into better positioning, packaging, and product decisions.

What you’ll do

• Own enterprise opportunities from discovery through close and expansion.
• Sell to founders, CTOs, engineering leaders, and developer-marketing teams.
• Help customers understand how GEO and AgentRel affect their business.
• Build our sales process, positioning, and account strategy with the founders.
• Bring customer feedback directly into the product.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years selling complex B2B products or services to technical buyers.
• A record of closing and expanding meaningful enterprise accounts.
• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, AI, or technical services.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to run a real discovery call.
• Comfort building the playbook while running it.

Your first 30 days

You’ll learn our customers and product by joining every founder-led sales call. Then you’ll take ownership of a set of live opportunities, from research and discovery through follow-up and close. We don’t have a system yet, so you’d set it up.

By the end of the month, you should understand why customers buy, why they hesitate, and what we need to change to close more of them.

I started in DevRel before building Manicule, and most of our sales still begin with understanding a company’s technical story. I’m looking for someone who can sell that story without flattening it into generic SaaS messaging.

• In person in San Francisco; remote may be possible for your first month.
• $150K-$250K USD annually.
