Manifest Global is a Singapore-based global education investment firm that owns and invests in companies focused on international education, student mobility, college admissions, and education technology.

Manifest Global empowers in building companies that connect the world towards growth, prosperity, and innovation. Our portfolio includes trailblazer brands such as Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, Kaaiser, EduGo, and Flow AI and which are dedicated to expanding global student mobility by serving their respective stakeholders in the ecosystem.

Our Mission

To create a world where every student, regardless of their ethnicity, nationality, socio-economic status, and learning preference, gets equal access to higher education through our world-class network of portfolio brands; a network that globally connects community stakeholders that provide the finest resources and support material, anywhere in the world and at any time.

What This Role Is

Every year, tens of thousands of Indian students decide they want to study in Europe, and most of them are making that decision with almost nothing to go on. Unlike the well-worn paths to the US, UK, or Australia, Europe's university systems, visa rules, and application timelines vary by country, and until recently there was no single place in India built specifically to make sense of it. Families take out loans, sell assets, or bet a year of a child's life on a decision they are navigating largely in the dark.

EduGo Abroad exists to close that gap. As India's only platform dedicated specifically to European education, it has spent over fifteen years building the trust, the university relationships, and the process knowledge that a fragmented, agent-by-agent market never had. That trust is not abstract. It shows up as thousands of students who have already been placed, and thousands more currently mid-decision, each one needing someone who can turn a confusing set of options into a clear, confident next step.

This role sits at the point where that trust is either earned or lost. You are the person a student and their family actually talk to, week after week, from the first conversation about what's possible through to the day they get on a plane. Everything EduGo has built as a platform, network, and reputation runs through the quality of that conversation.

At the highest level, this role owns the full counselling relationship with a portfolio of students, from first contact through to enrolment and visa outcome.

What Makes This Role Different

Most study-abroad counselling in India happens through agents who work by referral fee and volume, with limited real accountability for whether a student ends up in the right programme. EduGo counsellors work differently: you are backed by direct university partnerships, a dedicated European course database, and a platform built to remove friction rather than add it. You are not selling a generic "study abroad" dream. You are the specialist in one continent, which means you can go deeper, faster, and with more credibility than a generalist agent ever could.

As part of Manifest Global, this role also sits inside a broader ecosystem of study-abroad expertise: Kaaiser's decades of counselling experience in the India-to-Australia corridor, Cialfo's platform trust with schools, and the shared operating discipline of a group that has scaled this exact playbook before. No standalone European education agency in India has that depth behind it.

The broader overseas education industry is contracting. EduGo is growing.

What You Own

Student and parent counselling

  • Own the counselling relationship with an assigned portfolio of prospective students and their families
  • Translate each student's academic background, budget, and ambitions into a realistic, well-matched set of European university and course options
  • Guide students through interview preparation and every stage of the admission process, from shortlist to offer

Premium and high-value accounts

  • Own a subset of premium student profiles with an elevated standard of responsiveness and personalisation
  • Act as the single point of contact across the full application and admission journey, so no student is passed between people mid-decision

Pipeline and conversion

  • Drive each lead from first counselling conversation through application, conversion, and enrolment
  • Identify where conversion is slipping in your own pipeline and adjust your approach - follow-up cadence, objection handling, positioning - rather than waiting to be told
  • Ensure every interaction, follow-up, and outcome is logged accurately in the CRM

Coordination and market knowledge

  • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to keep applications, admissions, and enrolments moving without gaps
  • Stay current on university requirements, visa guidelines, and course changes across your countries of focus, and flag anything that changes how a student should be advised

What Success Looks Like

The markers below reflect where EduGo's counselling team is today. We'll calibrate the specifics once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.

In your first weeks, you are learning the European university landscape in enough depth to have a real conversation with a student - not reciting course names, but explaining why one path fits them better than another. You are also learning EduGo's process end to end, from first counselling call to visa outcome, so you know exactly where a student's application actually stands at any moment.

By the middle of your first year, students in your portfolio are moving through the funnel with noticeably less friction. You've built a rhythm of follow-up that doesn't feel like nagging, and families trust you enough to come back with hard questions instead of going quiet. Your CRM data is clean enough that anyone could pick up a case mid-stream and understand where it stands.

Over the longer term, you've built a reputation - with students, with parents, and internally - as someone whose portfolio simply performs, and whose judgment on a borderline case is trusted. The relationships you've built outlast any single admission cycle.

The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.

What You Bring

You've counselled students on study-abroad decisions before, and you understand that this is rarely a purely rational purchase - it's a family decision with real financial and emotional weight behind it, and you know how to hold both the commercial and human sides of that conversation at once.

You communicate with the kind of clarity and warmth that makes a nervous parent relax. You can explain a visa requirement or a course structure in plain language, and you're comfortable being direct when a student's expectations don't match reality, because you know that's more useful to them than false reassurance.

You bring a positive, determined approach to a sales cycle that has real ups and downs - leads go quiet, plans change, deadlines slip - and you don't let that erode your consistency with the students still counting on you.

You think critically rather than following a script. When something about a case doesn't add up - a mismatched course choice, an unrealistic timeline - you're the one who catches it before it becomes a problem.

You're coachable. You stay current on an industry that changes constantly - new visa rules, new university requirements, new competitive dynamics - because you understand that what you knew last intake isn't automatically still true.

Most importantly, you read the description of what EduGo is building and your first reaction was that this is exactly the kind of trust-building work you want to be doing. That's the person this role is for.

Why Manifest

Manifest Global is building the infrastructure for global human capital mobility - connecting students, schools, universities, and employers across 50+ countries. Our portfolio spans Cialfo (AI-powered college counseling, 2,000+ schools), BridgeU (university guidance for international schools globally), Kaaiser (trusted study abroad counseling since 1997 across India and Southeast Asia), and Explore (AI-powered university outreach, 1,000+ university partners). Together, we move talent across borders at scale. $700B flows annually in remittances from migrant workers. 85M workers will be missing from developed economies by 2030. We're building the operating system which changes that. $80M raised. Still early
