Machine Operator

Main Tasks

Ensures raw materials are fed into the machine accurately to prevent issues

Performs functions of machine to include loading media, wires, cutting and boxing product

Keep records of production quantities and time

Ensures safety, quality and manufacturing goals are met

Ensures plant floor is clean and organized for a safe working environment

Monitors machinery to ensure equipment is running smoothly, appropriately and efficiently and notifies leadership when issues occur

Maintains standard production rates, low waste and meet customer requirements

Performs routine inspections of equipment and quality checks

Checks output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws and ensures highest quality
