Responsibilities Program & Portfolio Management Own the integrated WaaS program roadmap across workplace transformation initiatives. Translate strategic objectives into executable programs, projects, epics, milestones, and deliverables. Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives. Maintain program plans, RAID logs, milestones, decisions, and delivery dashboards. Establish appropriate stage gates and governance checkpoints. Manage prioritisation of pipeline and backlog initiatives. Digital Workplace Transformation Coordinate initiatives across areas such as: Digital Employee Experience / DEX Device lifecycle management Endpoint and workplace management M365 workplace transformation Meeting room technology and monitoring Workplace automation User experience improvement Service monitoring and observability AI and automation opportunities Drive transition from legacy workplace processes toward modern, automated and experience-led services. Governance & Stakeholder Management Establish program governance across customer, service provider, technology teams, and suppliers. Prepare SteerCo, tactical governance, executive reviews, and decision papers. Provide clear executive reporting covering RAG status, achievements, risks, dependencies, decisions, financial position and next steps. Facilitate senior stakeholder alignment and ensure timely escalation and resolution of blockers. Delivery & Resource Management Coordinate Project Managers, Service/System Managers, architects, SMEs, engineering teams, operations teams, and suppliers. Forecast resource and capability requirements across the portfolio. Manage fixed and variable project delivery capacity. Identify resource constraints and drive mitigation plans. Ensure effective handover from project delivery into BAU operations. Commercial & Supplier Management Coordinate supplier delivery against agreed SOWs, milestones, deliverables, and commercial commitments. Track budget, forecast, actuals, purchase requirements, and commercial risks. Support SOW/GSOW, change request, and commercial governance. Challenge suppliers on delivery performance, dependencies, risks, and recovery actions. Experience/Qualifications: Strong experience managing large Digital Workplace, EUC, Workplace Services, IT Infrastructure or transformation programs. Demonstrated multi-project / portfolio management experience. Strong understanding of workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, endpoint management, DEX, collaboration, meeting rooms, device lifecycle and automation. Strong program governance, RAID, financial, resource and dependency-management capability. Experience managing multiple technology/service providers. Strong commercial awareness covering SOWs, change requests, budgets and supplier commitments. Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models. Excellent executive stakeholder management and presentation skills. Ability to convert complex technical issues into concise CXO/SteerCo-level messages and decisions.
Preferred
Qualifications PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP / SAFe or comparable program-management certification. ITIL knowledge or certification. Experience in enterprise-scale managed workplace or WaaS environments. Experience managing geographically distributed and multi-supplier delivery teams. English fluent, German desired
