We are looking for a Customer Feedback Coordinator to manage customer feedback cases, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Job description
- Coordinate customer feedback cases from receipt to closure.
- Monitor actions, deadlines, and overdue cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a central point of coordination between multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the case lifecycle.
- Support stewardship activities and escalate critical issues when required.
- Drive follow-ups and help ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, administration, or coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
