HR Support Specialist

Our client, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an HR Specialist with superior organizational skills to assist with transforming internal HR processes.

Job description

• Supporting HR process improvement and technology transformation by leveraging current tools and processes while automation initiatives are put in place to make sure business is not impacted
• Lead internal communications for HR processes, employees and leadership across multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs.
• Write, develop, and manage approvals for internal communications.
• Collaborate across internal teams to drive strategies to deliver on objectives and measure the impact of expansions programs.
• Ability to support defined projects and competing priorities with guidance across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Ability to pivot support and focus when necessary to help cover other expansions tasks as they arise.
• Support on-going efforts to enhance our capabilities through training, development, and program improvements.

Candidate Profile

• You have great communication skills, especially over the phone
• Your people skills are superior and you enjoy reaching out to others
• Fluent English
• Great organisational skills and time management
• Previous experience with communications management and process improvement is welcome
