Popis pozice

  • příprava a zpracování pravidelného interního reportingu,
  • zajištění podkladů a zpracování jednotného měsíčního hlášení zaměstnavatele (JMHZ),
  • příprava plánů mzdových nákladů a souvisejících podkladů,
  • kontrola správnosti údajů v oblasti mezd a personalistiky,
  • zapojení do implementace legislativních změn a ověřování jejich správného nastavení v systému,
  • spolupráce s dalšími odděleními,
  • komunikace se zdravotními pojišťovnami, OSSZ a úřady práce.

Profil kandidáta

  • velmi dobrou znalost MS Excel a jistotu při práci s daty,
  • zkušenost z obdobné pozice, případně praxi v oblasti mzdového účetnictví,
  • analytické uvažování, pečlivost a smysl pro detail.
