Logistics Clerk

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Logistics Clerk within a well-established organisation operating in the logistics and distribution sector. This role offers the chance to support essential supply chain operations, coordinate stock movements, and contribute to efficient warehouse and delivery processes within a structured and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support stock control activities, including stock takes and inventory monitoring.
• Process return documentation and update records using company software.
• Assist with daily planning and routing of deliveries and transfers.
• Reconcile delivery documentation and perform verification checks.
• Maintain records relating to vehicles, equipment and operational systems.
• Verify product returns and report any discrepancies.
• Support reporting, documentation and filing activities.
• Ensure accurate order verification and loading procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Ordinary Level standard of education.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Previous logistics, warehousing or supply chain experience is considered an asset.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
