Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures
- Manage shipping and operational documentation
- Assist with cargo loading and discharge activities
- Liaise with shipping principals and service providers
- Support the operations team with daily activities
Requirements
- MQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Valid driving licence
- Good computer skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Previous shipping or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
