Customs Clearance Administrator

If you're interested in international trade, logistics, and customs operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting import and export activities. You will play a key role in ensuring customs documentation is accurate while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify shipment documentation
  • Prepare customs documentation for import and export shipments
  • Liaise with customers regarding customs requirements
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Support the customs clearance process from start to finish

Requirements

  • Good standard of education
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Shipping or logistics experience would be considered an asset
  • Currently residing in Malta
