MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Schedulers to join our team in Oahu Hawaii, Dallas Texas andHerndon Virginia.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leads the technical execution of project schedules and validates the accuracy of scheduling data for senior management review.
Coordinate the investigation of schedule discrepancies and lead the development of technical root cause analyses for milestone delays.
Monitor schedule performance against established benchmarks and validate the implementation of schedule improvements.
Conducts specialized technical scheduling reviews for mission execution tasks intended for diverse theater Mission Partners.
Validate the technical accuracy of Schedule Reports and lead field-level assessments of task completion and distribution procedures.
Provide technical guidance to staff to ensure that all project schedules meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Experience in formal schedule oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for schedule delays.
Midlevel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.
Junior Level
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (related experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI-SP or CAPM certification.
DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
Experience with DoW scheduling tools and performance measurement for expeditionary projects.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is -. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
