Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for industry and bank profiles’ recruitment assessment and recommendations
Work closely with agency managers and Agency Directors to ensure timely and quality completion of the recruitment process and preparing offer letters
Monitor special profile recruits by providing monthly tracking reports to Agency Directors in order to keep track of new agents’ productivity and retention
Prepare tracking report and monitor recruitment performance of managers, to support the Goal to 10K recruitment initiative
Prepare progress reports for different recruitment contests and campaigns to help drive recruitment momentum
Conduct recruitment analysis for Management’s review so as to facilitate monitor the recruitment pipelines and activities
Support all company recruitment initiatives to help achieve manpower growth objectives
Support in running regular recruitment events and provide necessary support to team members as required
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder in Finance related subjects, preferably FLMI holder
At least 8 years of work experience in insurance industry with good understanding in tied agency
Experience in tied agency training preferable
Good knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors
Good team player, willing to accept challenge and work under tight timeline
Good organization skills & attentive to details
Good writing, communication & presentation skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fluent Mandarin is an added advantage
Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
