Senior UX Designer

Hi! We’re Manyone.

Manyone is a strategic design consultancy blending strategy, creativity, and technology to help businesses navigate what’s next.

Our Oslo office is growing, and we're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary team and help create experiences that are as seamless as they are impactful. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, then we’d love to meet you.

As a Senior UX designer, you will be an important bridge builder in this landscape. You will work closely with clients such as Statkraft, Bane NOR, DNV, and IKEA-organizations that impact the daily lives of millions of people.

You’ll work at both strategic and detailed levels - shaping journeys, designing interfaces, and bringing them to life through polished digital execution. From research and workshops to wireframes and prototypes, you’ll help design services and products that are grounded in real user needs and aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys zooming out to see the system and zooming in to craft the detail.

What you’ll do

• Map user journeys, service blueprints, and ecosystems to design services that work across digital and physical touchpoints
• Translate insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces using tools like Figma
• Lead or support user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis
• Design and validate end-to-end experiences that meet user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated service and product solutions
• Contribute to digital strategy and help define how products and services create long-term value
• Support the creation of design systems, documentation, and service artefacts.

Who you are and what you'll bring

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience from relevant projects and have worked in the public sector (e.g., within energy, transport, or health-related services) or in the private sector as a consultant.
• Experience from mission-critical projects - You have experience with larger projects in the public and/or private sector.
• Skilled in mapping, journey design, and defining service blueprints
• Confident in designing intuitive, accessible interfaces - from wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Experienced in user-centred research and able to translate findings into actionable design
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Smart and curious use of AI tools as part of your workflow
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and ideally have knowledge of universal design and WCAG.
• A collaborative, communicative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams
• Curious, analytical, and excited by systems-level challenges and human-centred solutions.

Why join Manyone?

• A truly global work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams and cultures
• A supportive and inspiring team that values innovation, adaptability, and creativity
• The opportunity to impact - With us, you get ownership of projects, relationships, and methodology. We believe in trust and professional autonomy.
• Good perks, a flexible working day- in premises right in the heart of Kvadraturen.
