  • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.

  • Review architectural design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Prepare RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.

  • Support procurement through material approvals and technical evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards.

  • Provide technical support to site execution and QA/QC teams.

Requirements

  • Revit Experience is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. (Governmental university).

  • 3+ years of experience including technical office work.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office.

  • Familiarity with SEC/SBC and local authority standards is preferred.

  • Strong communication and coordination and problem-solving skills.
