Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

  • Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Prepare RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.

  • Support the procurement process through material approvals, technical evaluations, supplier document reviews, and compliance verification.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, applicable codes and standards, and authority regulations.

  • Provide technical support to site execution and QA/QC teams.

Requirements

  • Revit Experience is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. (Governmental university).

  • 3+ years of experience including technical office work.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM), and Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with local authority standards and infrastructure specifications.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
