Job Responsibilities

Guest Experience & VIP Relationship Leadership

• Own the overall guest experience strategy and execution for the Private Lounge & Bar.
• Build meaningful relationships with repeat guests, Paiza patrons and VIP clientele.
• Ensure guest preferences, dining history and service expectations are understood, maintained and consistently executed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for sensitive guest recovery and high-impact service situations.
• Work closely with Casino Hosts, Butler Services and Hotel Operations to create seamless premium guest journeys.
• Identify opportunities to surprise, delight and retain high-value guests through personalized experiences.

Service Leadership & Culture

• Lead and embed a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and accountability.
• Coach leaders and frontline teams on anticipation, guest recognition and emotional intelligence.
• Drive Forbes-aligned service behaviors and ensure standards translate into guest perception rather than checklist compliance.
• Develop internal service talent and succession pipelines for future leadership roles.
• Conduct regular service observations and provide actionable coaching feedback.

Business & Operational Performance

• Oversee daily operations across lounges, bar and associated guest service areas.
• Monitor productivity, service efficiency and cost controls without compromising guest experience.
• Review operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, inventory and financial controls remain compliant with company standards.
• Support opening readiness, operational refinements and new guest experience initiatives.

Stakeholder & Strategic Partnerships

• Develop strong partnerships with Casino Operations, Hotel Operations, Butler Services, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance the Private Lounge & Bar experience.
• Support the General Manager in positioning PSR as a market-leading luxury hospitality concept.
• Represent the outlet in management meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education and Certification

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant luxury hospitality experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, executive lounges, integrated resorts or Forbes-rated environments.

Other Prerequisite

• Extensive experience managing VIPs
• Strong understanding of luxury service principles including personalization, anticipation, discretion and guest recognition
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, financial management, service excellence, manpower planning and operational controls
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Ability to build strong partnerships across multiple stakeholders and operational departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Administration knowledge of F&B operations and Quality management, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, under pressure and luxury hospitality environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn and grow in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse international guest profile. Additional language proficiency may be advantageous.
