  • Developing strong working relationships with third-party administrators and delegated service providers.
  • Supporting governance, oversight and audit activities across delegated claims arrangements.
  • Maintaining delegated claims dashboards and regulatory records.
  • Working collaboratively with Claims, Underwriting, Compliance and Operational stakeholders across the business.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

Essential

  • Previous experience within the insurance industry ideally.
  • Experience in claims, delegated authority, claims operations, governance, oversight or a similar environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of attention to detail and organisational capability.
  • Experience analysing data, MI or operational reporting.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Desirable

  • Experience working with delegated claims authority arrangements.
  • Knowledge of third-party administrator (TPA) oversight.
  • Exposure to bordereaux reviews, audits or compliance monitoring.
  • Commercial insurance experience, although candidates from other insurance backgrounds will also be considered.
