Deine Mission

• Technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und internen Fachbereichen im internationalen Umfeld
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen technischen Auslegung von Anwendungen und Produkten
• Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungen auf Basis kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Prozessparameter
• Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen durch technische Beratung und Unterstützung
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Anwendungen durch strukturiertes Kundenfeedback

Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für die technische Auslegung unserer Produkte im Kontext spezifischer Kundenanwendungen
• Erstellung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen sowie Anlagen- und Prozessdaten
• Betreuung internationaler Kunden und Distributoren als technischer Ansprechpartner
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung und Montage
• Planung und Durchführung von Produktschulungen sowie Anwendungstrainings (inhouse und on-site)
• Organisation und Begleitung von Produkttests, Vorführungen und Applikationsversuchen beim Kunden oder im eigenen Haus
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen inklusive technischer Beratung von Kunden und Interessenten
• Systematische Erfassung von Kundenfeedback sowie Ableitung technischer Verbesserungen
• Kontinuierlicher Ausbau der Anwendungs- und Systemexpertise über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
• Unterstützung im After-Sales- und Gewährleistungsumfeld bei technischen Fragestellungen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Bio-/Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 2-5 Jahre) in einem technischen Umfeld mit Kundenkontakt
• Erfahrung in der Pumpentechnik, Chemieindustrie, Halbleiterbranche oder im Biopharma-Umfeld von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Anwendungen, Systeme und Prozesszusammenhänge
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, kundenorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten
• Hohes Interesse an technischen Anwendungen und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
