Responsible for providing order management services to clients. Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc. Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction. Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. A Professional 1 applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Responsibilities typically include: Work is closely supervised.. Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
