Vous garantirez aux clients, pour sa part, la conformité des produits Mouvex approvisionnés, fabriqués et livrés, dans les trois domaines clés de l’assurance Qualité appliquée aux Projets Oil & Gas et Nucléaires (civils et militaires) ; la Qualité Fournisseurs, la Qualité Interne et la Qualité Client.

Vos missions principales seront :

• Créer les plans qualité de réalisation (PQR) par compilation des différents éléments techniques requis par les opérations chronologiques de fabrication (articles, plans, spécification…), à partir de différentes bases de données (nomenclature, gamme, ERP, projets initiaux…)
• Vérifier et valider les Ordres de Fabrication (opérations, traçabilité matière, documents de référence).
• Tracer les composants entrant dans la fabrication des matériels (N° de série, de lot) et les éléments de preuve associés (PV, certificats, essais…etc).
• Réaliser des opérations de contrôles visuels et dimensionnels sur les pièces préalablement aux opérations d’assemblage et rédaction du PV de contrôle.
• Suivre les opérations de fabrication en qualité de contrôleur technique avec les opérateurs de production, conformément aux attendus du Plan Qualité de Réalisation (PQR), gamme ERP.
• Piloter et suivre les inspections clients (convocation, organisation, prise en charge, suivi et actions correctives).
• Réaliser les inspections des opérations de fabrication chez les fournisseurs et sous-traitants (organisation, réalisation, rapport et suivi des actions) si requis dans le Plan Qualité.
• Réaliser des audits interne du système qualité et des audits externes de qualification et suivi des fournisseurs.
• Déclarer et suivre les non-conformités liées au projet (enregistrement, suivi, clôture).
• Compiler et diffuser les rapports de Fin de Fabrication et la documentation requise contractuellement.
• Prendre part au Retour d’Expérience (REX) à la clôture des projets, avec les équipes internes et le client.
• Être acteur de la démarche d’amélioration continue de l’entreprise.

Ce que nous attendons :

• Disposer d’un niveau Bac + 2 (domaines Qualité et/ou Mécanique)
• Savoir réaliser des contrôles dimensionnels : utilisation des moyens de contrôle courants (pied à coulisses, tampons, rugosimètre, colonne de mesure…)
• Disposer des connaissances de base en mécanique et matériaux (acier, fonte, usinage, soudage…)
• Savoir utiliser un ERP.
• Communiquer de façon synthétique et efficace avec ses interlocuteurs internes.
• La fonction requiert d’être réactif, pragmatique et efficace
