Dans un contexte de croissance, nous recherchons un(e) dessinateur projeteur expérimenté(e) et prêt(e) à s’investir dans des projets stimulants et variés.

Rattaché à l’équipe R&D, vous réaliserez des études et activités de conception fonctionnelle (nouveaux projets et reconduction de projets), afin de produire la documentation technique justificative de la conception, et supporterezles phases d’industrialisation du projet.

Vos missions

Sous la direction de votre leader et en collaboration avec un ou plusieurs projeteurs et dessinateurs, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception :

• Identifier les adaptations techniques nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences du projet
• Contribuer au support technique à l’équipe projet
• Réaliser des études de conception
  • Produire des simulations numériques et calculs
  • Produire la documentation technique de spécification
  • Produire un objectif et une conclusion d’essais de validation et de performance des solutions techniques et/ou produits développés
  • Produire les documentations nécessaires à la conformité aux normes, réglementations et codes de calcul (ATEX ; RCC-M ; EHEDG) exigées par le cahier des charges

Vos responsabilités

Au sein de ce poste, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Piloter la mise en place d’études fonctionnelles des produits, de conception, de fichiers de calculs (CF) et de simulations numériques de structures
• Piloter la gestion de certification de produits conformément au processus et mode opératoire
• Piloter la sous-traitance d’études techniques et d’essais de qualification internes ou externes à l'entreprise

Votre profil

• Disposer d’un niveau Bac + 2 (Technique)
• Rigueur, précision et sens du détail
• Savoir travailler avec un logiciel de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) et de sa base de gestion de documents techniques (PDM) associée
• Respecter les processus en place, et plus particulièrement le processus conception
• Piloter l’étude de conception de fonctions ou de sous ensemble des produits
• Définir une cotation fonctionnelle
• Réaliser des notes de calculs
• Réaliser des mises en plan de détail et d’ensembles
• Maîtriser l'anglais techniques (lu, écrit)
