Rattaché(e) au Responsable SAV, vous êtes garant(e) de la qualité ainsi que de la fiabilité des produits vendus par l’entreprise en réalisant des opérations mécaniques dans notre atelier SAV.
Vous intégrerez une équipe de Techniciens SAV et une assistante SAV et serez amené(e) à travailler en transverse avec les autres services du site.
A ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans les missions suivantes :
- Préparer les postes de travail et les matériels en vue de leur expertise.
- Réaliser des expertises et des rapports
- Analyser les problèmes techniques rencontrés
- Identifier les matériels et pièces à disposer.
- Démonter et nettoyer les matériels à disposer.
- Réaliser des contrôles visuels des pièces.
- Se déplacer en France et à l’étranger. (Clients)
- Traiter les colis en retour de clientèle (ouverture et déballage)
- Déterminer les solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins et contraintes des clients
- Préparer les documents client accompagnants le retour des matériels.
Votre expertise technique produits, votre fibre commerciale, votre sens du contact et du service clients, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme, alliés à un fort esprit d'équipe sont vos principaux atouts pour atteindre vos objectifs.
Le profil que nous recherchons devra disposer d’une expérience réussie de minimum 5 ans, disposer de connaissances en mécanique générale, hydraulique des fluides, électricité et en anglais.
