Job Title: Production Operator II (Printer Repair)

Job Description:

• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for electronic components
• Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
• Test electronic components for continuity
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process
• Record production and quality data
• Ability to train junior level operators
• Participate in the Tier Board meetings
• Work schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week as needed

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience with part assembly, cleaning and repair.
• Extreme attention to detail
• 5S experience an asset
• Ability to cross-train on different products.
• Desire for a long-term position with ample growth opportunities

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
