Sr. Fullstack Engineer

This is a backend-focused full-stack role (approximately 80% backend / 20% frontend) where you will design, build, and maintain scalable platforms powering financial products and data services. You will contribute to architecture decisions, improve developer experience, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and help deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across regions to build secure, reliable, and production-ready applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java.
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards.
• Contribute to architecture design.
• Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency.
• Collaborate on product shaping and delivery.
• Uphold a strong testing and documentation culture.
• Mentor other engineers and champion best practices within the team.
• Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in regulated finance, fintech, or blockchain.
• Knowledge of data security, segregation, and compliance practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability tooling (e. g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
• 5+ years of experience with the core technology stack: Java, Spring Framework, React, TypeScript, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
