Software Engineering Manager - Time & Scheduling

You will join M&S at a pivotal moment as we continue the transformation of our Time & Labour division. TheTime&LabourareadeliversenterpriseSaaSsolutionsthatenabletheeffectiveschedulingofourcolleaguesandsupportPeopleHubactivities,ensuringthesmoothoperationofpayrollprocesses.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams responsible for these enterprise SaaS platforms, leveraging core productcapabilitiesanddeliveringanoutstandingdigitalexperienceforourcolleagues.Combiningstrongpeopleleadership,productexpertiseandtechnicalknowledge,youwilldriveengineeringexcellence,continuouslearningandagiledeliveryacrossthefunction.

Working closely with architects, product managers, principal engineers, SaaS vendors and fellow engineering leaders, you willhelpshapethefutureofkeyworkforcemanagementandpayrolltechnologies.ThisroleisidealforsomeonepassionateaboutenterpriseSaaSproducts,innovationandtheapplicationofAItoimprovecolleagueexperiencesandoperationalefficiency.
