You will own the bridge between our customers’ business requirements and MP ONE’s commercial and technical capabilities, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-value work that moves complex deals across the finish line.

Your Mission

• Lead customer discovery, technical presentations, tailored demos, and proof-of-value engagements for MP ONE.
• Collaborate with prospects to understand their business and pricing challenges, identify opportunities for value creation, and align MARKT-PILOT solutions with their objectives.
• Partner with Sales to build and present compelling technical and business cases to executive stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how MARKT-PILOT drives revenue growth and strengthens competitive advantage.
• Design and deliver personalized product demonstrations that address specific customer needs and showcase clear ROI and measurable business outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate proof-of-value trials, ensuring a seamless process, well-defined success criteria, and actionable insights that validate impact.
• Serve as the go-to expert on MP ONE’s solutions, integrations, and capabilities, translating technical features into tangible business results.
• Support strategic sales cycles by providing hands-on technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges to keep deals moving forward.
• Work closely with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to share field insights, shape product improvements, and inform roadmap priorities.

Your Skills

• You bring at least five years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales or solutions engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS, manufacturing or data-driven industries.
• You bring practical knowledge of pricing strategies, competitive analysis and ROI-driven business cases, ideally from a manufacturer or relevant pricing context. Pricing is core, aftermarket experience is not required, and you can contribute without learning pricing fundamentals from scratch.
• You have led enterprise discovery, technical presentations, tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value or proof-of-concept engagements.
• You explain complex technical concepts as clear business value for diverse audiences, including senior decision-makers, and build strong customer relationships.
• You understand enterprise integrations such as ERP, CRM and APIs; familiarity with HubSpot and SaaS delivery models is a plus.
• You collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success, bringing curiosity, creativity, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive scale-up mindset. A relevant degree in engineering, business, computer science or a related field is a plus.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are willing to travel to customer locations and to the Stuttgart office as required.
