Senior Solutions Engineer - US

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of pricing, data, and enterprise sales. You will own the bridge between our customers’ business requirements and MP ONE’s commercial and technical capabilities, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-value work that moves complex deals across the finish line.

What we expect you to own and run with:

• Lead customer discovery, technical presentations, tailored demos, and proof-of-value engagements for MP ONE.
• Collaborate with prospects to understand their business and pricing challenges, identify opportunities for value creation, and align MARKT-PILOT solutions with their objectives.
• Partner with Sales to build and present compelling technical and business cases to executive stakeholders, clearly demonstrating how MARKT-PILOT drives revenue growth and strengthens competitive advantage.
• Design and deliver personalized product demonstrations that address specific customer needs and showcase clear ROI and measurable business outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate proof-of-value trials, ensuring a seamless process, well-defined success criteria, and actionable insights that validate impact.
• Serve as the go-to expert on MP ONE’s solutions, integrations, and capabilities, translating technical features into tangible business results.
• Support strategic sales cycles by providing hands-on technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges to keep deals moving forward.
• Work closely with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to share field insights, shape product improvements, and inform roadmap priorities.

Which boxes you need to check:

• Significant experience leading enterprise discovery, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept or proof-of-value engagements in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role, ideally in SaaS, manufacturing, or other data-driven industries.
• Background in pricing, preferably in manufacturing or the aftermarket, with strong business acumen and data-driven thinking.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations (for example ERP, CRM, APIs) and how to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate clear business value to diverse audiences, including senior decision-makers.
• Excellent discovery, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience working closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to win and grow complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in designing solutions that connect customer challenges directly to MARKT-PILOT’s capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and comfort working with modern SaaS delivery models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to evolving customer, product, and market needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
