Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA / IAM Operations.
  • Strong experience in L3 Production Support / Engineering.
  • Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Role Management, SoD Controls, and Certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with application onboarding, workflows, rules, jobs, analytics, and connectors.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience across provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, certification, and workflow issues.
  • Experience with Saviynt REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and API-based integrations.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and databases such as MSSQL/Oracle.
  • Experience with Postman, PowerShell, Git, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Strong experience in incident management, RCA, problem management, and change management.
  • Ability to handle Sev-1 / Sev-2 incidents and lead technical bridges.
  • Experience working with vendor support and enterprise application teams.
  • Saviynt Certified IGA Professional certification is preferred.
