Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the applications you create are both effective and user-friendly.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of AI Agents, enterprise AI frameworks, and AI-adopted development practices, including familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform AI Assistant, AEP Agent Orchestrator, and agentic workflows within the Adobe tech stack.
- Good To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LangGraph for building agentic and multi-step AI workflows.
- Experience with AI-augmented development approaches and integrating enterprise AI frameworks into application workflows.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in integrating various APIs and third-party services.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
