Product Manager

You own one product surface end-to-end: the problem, the spec, the release, and the number it moves. Most surfaces are AI-first: you will design conversational and agentic flows, set the eval and quality bar, and hold the unit economics behind them. You work directly with engineering, design, and merchant-facing teams, pull your own data, and defend your own priorities. Placement across Ads, Checkout, Engage, or the shared AI platform is decided during the process.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of product experience with at least one shipped AI/LLM feature, conversational AI or voice AI.
• Hands-on understanding of conversational AI mechanics: prompt design, context handling, fallback, human handoff.
• Has measured AI output quality systematically: eval sets, accuracy and containment metrics.
• Strong analytical depth. Writes SQL and pulls data without help.
• Understands AI unit economics: per-conversation cost, margin, usage-based pricing.
• Crisp written communication.
• Produces specs and PRDs independently.

Strong pluses:

• D2C SaaS, martech, or customer-engagement product exposure.
• Shopify-ecosystem or app-marketplace experience.
• Has moved an adoption, activation, or engagement metric.
• Familiarity with AI-agent frameworks or RAG (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
