  • Lead and support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S, value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and waste reduction activities.
  • Help plan, implement, and sustain standardized processes that support quality, productivity, lead time, and competitiveness.

  • Participate in internal and external audits related to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with employees and departments to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the corporate Lean team and Marmon partners to support alignment, reporting, and communication.
  • Support the selection, calibration, and proper use of quality control equipment, including inspection gauges.
  • Guide vendors and contractors on quality requirements, testing procedures, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Contribute to customer support activities related to quality, compliance, and product expectations.
  • Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.
