As an Activities OpsSupervisor, a typical daywill include:

• Createsrecreational activitiesagendas and advertisements using publishing software.

• Conductsinventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and informs the manager of low-supplyitems.

• Encourages, recruits, registers, and schedulesOwners/guests to participatein recreationalactivities. Promotesa fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests.

• Supervise the Activities associates.Assistsmanagement in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serves as a role model.

• Ensuresthat hourly associates are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

• Coordinatestasks and workswith other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.

• Promotesthe rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of Owner/guests and members.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipateand address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become an Activities OpsSupervisorat MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to25lbswithout assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance withapplicable legal requirements.
