What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead the development, implementation, and scale-up of worm production capabilities to support on-site operations and external partnership programs. Establish and manage large-scale inoculum production at RLE to meet internal operational needs and external partner requirements.
  • Internal and External Partnership Management: Develop and manage internal and external partnerships, including collaboration with RC R&D, the PRO/Vet network, private companies and regional universities, to align expertise, coordinate research activities, and support advancement of the Boka program requiring both domestic and international.
