Job Description:
The Workday Integrationsleadership rolewithin Digital Technologies (DT)actsas a strategic technology advisor and partnerensures thedesign,deliveryand optimization of Workday integration solutionsto enable Mars’People(People&Organization) strategies across all Mars, Inc. segments.
Scope includes partneringcloselywith seniorstakeholders, and subject matter expertsin the Mars Global Services (MGS)organizationacross HR, Finance and other service linesaswell asother global function and business segment application ownersto understandbusiness priorities andtranslating them intotechnologysolutionsthat drive business value, promote single source of truth and optimize productivity acrossend-to-endprocesses.The focusof the role is toleverageWorkday andmodern technologiesto expand our connected ecosystem across the HR Technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with P&0 inshapingthe IntegrationStrategy andArchitectureforthe HR area, including the deployment ofscalableprocess, integration and automation capabilities aligned with internal and external best practices and emerging trends.
As a Senior member of the DT team for HR technical solutions,roleisresponsible fordefining and applying global technology standards, processes and driving common integration solutions across the enterprise to connect capabilities across the technology ecosystem.
Contribute to the global HRtechnologystrategyto support data integrity, operational efficiency and service excellenceleveragingconsolidation across segments,standardizationand automation drivers
Partner with relevantbusinesssegment Functional andTechnical Experts, functional Business Partnership Managers to create global IT capabilities which are aligned with the HR and other functional & segment strategies, engaging Business Partnership Managers and utilizing development,deploymentand technology hub teams asappropriate.
Identifyopportunities to develop and/or deploy new global capabilities and digitalexperiences throughintegrationprojects and enhancementsincluding use ofWorkdaycapabilities includingOrchestration and Extend
Drive down the portfolio complexity and TCO within this specific functional area across all global,regionaland local applications.
Manages a global teamof associates and contractorsto leaddesign, development,testingand deploymentof integrations to ensuredataaccuracy andefficiency.
Contribute to the development of the cross-functional application portfolio strategy that builds increasing value through modern digital capabilities, scaleefficienciesand automation.
Job Qualifications:
Masters/Engineering degree in IT, Business or relevant business function (e.g.Human Resources) or equivalent
5-8years’ experience in theHR functionalarea with specificWorkday Integrationdeployment leadership
Solutions Architecture, Applications portfolio management
Global line management & people development, HR Operations /Managed Services experience
Budget Management and Project Management for large global projects
Stakeholder Relationship Management of functional expertsand application owners
Excellent project management skills, able topartner with 3rd party consultants andhandle multiple projects,deadlinesandescalations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
