Aufgaben
- Planung, Erstellung und Steuerung von Social-Media-Inhalten (v. a. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Entwicklung von Content-Strategien für Unternehmen & Marken
- Texterstellung für Posts, Serien, Kampagnen & Reels
- Redaktionsplanung & Community-Management
- Analyse von Performance & Optimierung der Inhalte
- Zusammenarbeit mit Design & Strategie
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Social Media Management (Agentur oder Unternehmensseite)
- Sehr gutes Textgefühl - klar, modern, professionell
- Verständnis für Zielgruppen, Marken & Business-Ziele
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Eigenverantwortung
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit Planungstools & Plattformen
- Bonus: Erfahrung mit Paid Social oder Kampagnen
