Account Executive- APAC

Marsello helps retailers know their customers and keep them coming back. We're growing across APAC, and we're looking for an Account Executive to help us win the next wave of retail brands.

You'll begin with a real head start. There's a steady flow of inbound leads from retailers who already want to talk. The challenge, and the fun, is going out and finding the ones who don't know about us yet. You'll convert inbound interest, build your own pipeline through outbound, and run demos that uncover needs retailers didn't know they had. You'll do it alongside a supportive, high-energy sales team that's in your corner.

If you know your way around SaaS, love the chase as much as the close, and want targets you can actually beat with a product retailers genuinely need, this is a role where you'll have the leads to hit your number and the freedom to smash it.

What you'll own

Inbound that's ready to go.Retailers come to us looking for a better way to keep their customers coming back. You'll pick up those leads, qualify them quickly, and turn warm interest into signed customers.

Outbound that's yours to grow.Beyond the inbound flow, you'll go after the retailers who should be on Marsello but aren't yet. You'll decide who to target, start the conversation, and build a pipeline that wouldn't exist without you. This is where great AEs make their mark.

The first conversation.For most prospective customers, you'll be their first real experience of Marsello. You'll run the demos, present the product, and ask the questions that get to what a retailer actually needs.

Your numbers.You'll carry a target and be trusted to hit it, and then to beat it, with a sales team that shares what works and celebrates the wins.

What we're looking for

• A proven sales track record of hitting and beating targets, ideally in SaaS, retail, loyalty or marketing.
• The discipline to work inbound leads quickly and well, and the drive to build outbound pipelines from scratch.
• Natural confidence presenting and running demos online.
• A tidy, well-run pipeline in a CRM.
• A strong appreciation for technology, ideally marketing automation, cloud or SaaS, and genuine curiosity about how retailers use digital and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, both in writing and out loud.
• A team-first attitude. You want to be part of a high-velocity sales team, not just a solo operator.
