ワンバンクは「家計簿アプリ」と「Visaプリペイドカード」を組み合わせたサービスです。日々の決済でカードが使われており、お客様から入金いただいたお金の管理や日常的に決済が滞りなくできることがサービスに求められています。お金を扱うサービスだからこそ、サービスの信頼性やセキュリティ基準を高く保つことはすべてのお客様にとって重要です。

現在マイカード、ペアカードに続き、ICカードの発行を可能にしたことで、順調にご利用いただくお客様の数も増え、今後もより多くのお客様にご利用いただくことが見込まれています。

そういった背景もあり、利用者数の増加によるパフォーマンス面での問題解消や、エンジニア全体の生産性をあげていくための基盤作りなど、開発のアジリティを維持しつつ高い信頼性を保ち続けることが求められてきています。

以上の課題に向き合う専用の職種が必要であるため、SREを募集するに至りました。短期的にはインフラ構築やオペレーション部分の最適化を目指しつつ、長期的にはサービスのパフォーマンスや信頼性向上に取り組んでいただき、それらを組織的に解決していくことがSREに期待されます。

主な業務内容

ワンバンク プロダクトの基盤となるスケーラブルなインフラの設計と構築、運用を行なっていただきます。インフラの構築時には Infrastructure as Code を前提とした開発の効率化、自動化も業務内容に含まれます。月初や給料日等サービス負荷が高い時期にもお客様に安定してご利用いただくための、インフラの安定性・保守性の強化も随時行なっていただきます。

また、プロジェクトチームの1人として、インフラ課題の発見から解決方法の検討、設計、実装、リリース、パフォーマンス面でのチューニングと一貫してプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。

その他、障害発生時に迅速に対処し、発生を未然に防ぐための監視体制の構築やPCI DSS準拠を前提としたインフラ全体のセキュリティ設計も行なっていただきます。

下記は関わっていただく開発の一例になります。

- AWS ECS Fargate を用いたコンテナベースでのインフラ構築

- PCI DSS を意識したインフラ運用と、準拠に必要な業務全般

- Terraformを利用した Infrastructure as Code によるインフラの開発・運用

- Datadog等の監視サービスを利用した監視体制の設計・開発・運用

- AWS Cloudwatch / NewRelic などを用いた各インフラのパフォーマンス計測 / 改善

- Developer 全体の開発効率を上げるための仕組みやツール類の開発
