Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell’s Central Engineering Team is seeking analog mixed-signal design engineering students to support the development of analog IP products. PEY positions are located at the Marvell Toronto Design Centre and at Marvell headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

What You Can Expect

Job responsibilities include support of IC design through design and layout, silicon evaluation, and characterization. Projects can vary depending on product cycle and individual student interest. You will gain exposure to a variety of IC design engineering skills and tools during your internship, including:

• Ability to define and adhere to project schedules

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design
• Experience with Cadence schematics capture, simulation and layout
• Ability to write behavioral models for both and analog and digital circuits

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will be Bachelor students in Electrical/Computer Engineering related programs who are self-motivated, willing to learn exciting new technologies, and able to work effectively within a talented group of individuals. Specific areas of technical expertise include one or more of the following:

• General Analog Design Techniques
• Operational Amplifiers
• Feedback Systems
• Digital Logic Design
• PLL and SERDES Design is a plus
• RF and microwave knowledge is a plus
