What You Can Expect

• Assist in Handling Customer Feedback: Under supervision, assist in receiving, documenting, and preliminary analyzing customer quality complaints and return information.
• Participate in Problem Investigation: Cooperate with engineers in tracking 8D reports and collecting relevant production records, inspection data, etc.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collating customer quality data and participate in compiling monthly customer quality reports.
• Document Management: Assist in maintaining customer quality-related documents, such as quality agreements, customer-specific requirements, etc.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor'sor Master's majoring in Electronics, Microelectronics, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related science and engineering fields.
• Basic understanding of quality management tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why) is preferred; some knowledge of semiconductor packaging and testing processes is a plus.
• Good logic thinking and problem analysis skills.
• Serious and responsible in work, with strong learning ability and communication coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using Office software.
