Marvell Technology is an American fabless semiconductor company founded in 1995 that designs the infrastructure silicon behind data centres, carrier networks and storage systems. Its portfolio covers electro-optics and digital signal processors for optical links, ethernet switching and physical layer devices, storage controllers, and custom application specific integrated circuits designed for individual cloud operators. Headquartered in Santa Clara and listed on Nasdaq, it reoriented itself over the past decade from consumer and storage chips toward data centre and artificial intelligence infrastructure, which now supplies the majority of its revenue.

About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Director of Supply Chain Program Management to lead a portfolio of complex, high-value product programs across the full product lifecycle - from customer engagement and pre-tape-out planning through production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end-of-life. This role operates at the intersection of executive leadership, customer strategy, and operational excellence, serving as the senior-most program authority across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and global manufacturing partners

What You Can Expect

Portfolio & Strategic Program Ownership

  • Own and govern a portfolio of high-complexity product programs spanning customer quote, pre-tape-out planning, NPI, production ramp, and end-of-life
  • Establish portfolio-level program governance frameworks including milestone structures, risk escalation protocols, and executive review cadences
  • Serve as the senior accountability owner for schedule, cost, supply continuity, and customer commitment performance across the portfolio
  • Define and drive long-range program strategy aligned to business unit revenue targets and customer roadmap commitments

Executive Customer Engagement

  • Act as the senior supply chain interface to strategic customers, owning executive-level relationship management and escalation resolution
  • Lead pre-tape-out engagements with customers to align supply strategy, capacity commitments, and qualification milestones well in advance of production
  • Translate complex supply chain constraints and risks into clear customer communications with credible mitigation plans

Organizational Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Managers, building organizational capability and bench strength
  • Drive a culture of accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the SCPM organization
  • Establish team operating rhythms, performance metrics, and career development frameworks

Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership

  • Lead executive-level decision-making and escalation resolution across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality without direct authority
  • Drive alignment between customer requirements, product specifications, manufacturing strategy, and financial targets
  • Partner with BU leadership to shape program investment decisions, capacity strategies, and make-vs-buy trade-offs

Supply Chain & Strategic Partner Management

  • Own senior-level relationships with strategic manufacturing partners including foundry (TSMC), OSAT, substrate suppliers, and logistics providers
  • Drive partner readiness, capacity securing, and risk mitigation strategies across the full supply chain ecosystem
  • Establish and govern formal supplier engagement models, escalation protocols, and performance accountability frameworks

Execution, Data & Governance

  • Define and maintain portfolio dashboards, program KPIs, and executive reporting using Oracle, Kinaxis, and Power BI
  • Lead data-driven supply planning, capacity decision-making, and demand management processes
  • Oversee change management for engineering changes, demand shifts, and customer-driven program pivots at scale

End-of-Life & Lifecycle Strategy

  • Own EOL strategy and execution across the portfolio including final demand alignment, last-time buys, and supplier disengagement
  • Ensure lifecycle transitions are executed with minimal business disruption, inventory risk, and customer impact

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field required; MBA a plus

  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle leadership in semiconductor or high-tech environments

  • Proven track record leading and scaling cross-functional teams across global organizations, including direct people management responsibility

  • Executive-level communication skills with demonstrated experience influencing C-suite stakeholders, key customers, and strategic partners

  • Deep expertise in foundry, OSAT, substrate, and logistics ecosystems with hands-on experience managing Tier-1 manufacturing partners

  • Strong command of analytical tools and enterprise platforms including Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI, and Agile

  • Experience owning portfolio-level program governance, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting cadences
