What We're Looking For
Student in Ph.Ddegree program
Solidunderstanding of semiconductor optical devices such as modulators, detectors, lasersand other waveguide devices.
Familiarity or direct experience in the standard Si/CMOS process technologies requiredfor fabrication of electro-optical devices.
Familiarity or direct experience of optical simulation software tools and/or optical device modeling.
Ability to present the dataand ideas to a diverse audience.
