Infinity Replacement by Marvin is our dedicated window and door replacement business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.
Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives on connecting with customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences? We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to support our Infinity Replacement business. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers-guiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.
Highlights of your role
- Engage with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat to understand their needs
- Educate prospects on our products and services, and assess if we’re the right fit
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to advance conversations toward scheduled appointments
- Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information
- Review past customer interactions and proactively reschedule missed appointments
- Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce
- Refer leads we can’t serve to our trusted business partners
- Compensation: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Shifts include (but are not limited to):
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
