KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement in ongoing development projects in the team.
Actively engage with relevant stakeholders and commitment to meet the defined timelines and targets.
Analytical support with data driven solutions
Support the pattern grading process under the guidance of senior technicians
Participate in customer fit sessions and contribute to fit-related improvements
Perform sample measurements to ensure accuracy and alignment with technical specifications
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile and Apparel or NDT in Textile
Basic Pattern Making skills.
Knowledge and capability in Analytical Tools, Data management and Project management skills would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft package, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
