It aims to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers with fresh and locally sourced food and farm-to-table solutions, and it is recruiting an HR and administration supervisor. The company is based in Kampala, Uganda.
We are looking for an Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective management of company accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely settlements.
- Oversee payroll preparation and statutory deductions (NSSF, PAYE, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support external audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/ACCA certification or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of FRS, tax laws, and compliance standards.
