KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with the Embellishment, Planning, and Sourcing teams to ensure all styles are prepared and ready for customer approvals.
- Color Sample Coordination: Manage the coordination of color samples, ensuring accurate representation and timely delivery to meet project timelines.
- Development Process Support: Provide essential support to the team during the product development process, helping to drive innovation and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the sample room and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Report Preparation: Compile and prepare detailed reports to support management decision-making, offering valuable insights based on data and performance metrics
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, SLIM, CIM, Business Management, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth.
Knowledge in SAP system and ability to support in plant coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
Basic proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Prior Garment related experience will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
