Graphics Designer

Basically, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for the production of a wide variety of promotional materials external and internal for the Mason’s Group, working collaboratively across our Brand Communications Department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prioritize based on importance and urgency of deadline
• Coordinates and creates a variety of graphics design work
• Monitors and oversees all projects on printing press to assure high quality.
• Ability to work with our established style guidelines and create innovative designs reflective of our guidelines
• Prepare artwork for digital media
• Track and store all media coverage in various formats for the Group
• Create adverts and supervise the marketing campaigns
• Assist in the creation of a periodic official company newsletter
• Editing of photos and video where required
• Create sales and marketing presentations
• Support Branding & Communication Manager in the development and branding of the Group
• Manage and maintain the storage of all Marketing materials and corporate gifts stock
• Create and update printed and digital company collaterals. i.e. brochures, business cards, flyers, adverts, banners etc
• Creating logos and iconography for branding projects
• Attention to detail while juggling multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
• Updates existing Design files

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/IT
• Post Secondary level of Education preferably in Media Studies &/OR Public Relations
• Minimum 3 years in Graphic Design and Branding Development
• Well-versed with Corel Draw, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator
• Education or training in Web design, Social Media, Digital marketing, Advertising
• Any experience in Marketing or Tourism field would be helpful
• Web design (nice to have)
• Good level of oral and written competency in English with any additional language a bonus
• Creative and flexible
