Operating under the government of Seychelles, the department is organized into two primary divisions: Communications, which develops legislative frameworks, regulatory policies, and oversees national radio frequency spectrum management; and Information Technology, which manages the government’s core digital infrastructure, enterprise network security, software systems, and e-government service delivery platforms (such as the monServis portal).
