Have you supported an employee population resolving inquiries related to HR policies, processes, programs and systems? This position helps administer HR life cycle inquiries and transaction services as it relates to the new hire life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Operations Execution

• Deliver end-to-end support across the recruiting lifecycle, including:

o Interview scheduling (including complex and high-volume coordination)

o Candidate communication and inquiry management

o Offer creation and onboarding process support

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate and stakeholder inquiries
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses aligned with service level expectations
• Communicate processes clearly to candidates and employees, reinforcing a “priceless employee experience”

New Hire Lifecycle Support

• Support hiring processes from interview stage through onboarding
• Coordinate activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimize delays
• Ensure adherence to established processes, policies, and timelines

Compliance, Data Integrity & Controls

• Ensure audit compliance through accurate transaction processing and approval workflows
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA and company standards
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, or process inconsistencies as appropriate

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across TA Ops processes
• Contribute to process standardization and enhancement initiatives
• Support a scalable model capable of handling high-volume, time-sensitive workloads

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Services, or shared services environments- OR Transferable Experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows
• Strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle and new hire processes
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
